The Mistress Commando is not a collar replacement, but adds enhanced RLV functions. It can be worn with a collar. Mistress Commando allows one owner to be set. There is no "public" mode. Warning: Mistress Commando is more strict and controlling than a standard OS Collar. Owner "keyholder" can make the wearer tall or short, make them pee, shut off im/local "quiet", obscure all names/locations, completely black out their view "blind", hitch wearer to nearest object w/ watchdog enforcer, make wearer "kneel" and "m*st*rb*te", wear cuffs, srtangle them until death, send wearer to TP location.
